Double SNAP Dollars (DSD)

Check out the Double SNAP Dollars Montana website to learn all you need to know about the program – how it works, program locations and more.

Montanans on SNAP-EBT can access fresh, local food at various locations across the state and double their SNAP dollars (receive a 1:1 match up to $30/day depending on location) to increase consumption of fresh produce while also supporting local farmers and ranchers.

Since 2015, Farm Connect has administered the statewide Double SNAP Dollars (DSD) Program and has served over 12,000 Montanans and recirculated over $1.6 million into Montana’s local food economy.

Use the location finder on the Double SNAP Dollars website to find locations near you offering the program.

A statewide network led by Farm Connect guides the improvement of program efficiency and innovation for DSD across Montana.

Farm Connect Montana’s Double SNAP Dollars Program is supported by Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Grant Program (GusNIP) grant no. 2020-70030-33194 and Gus Schumacher Covid Relief and Recovery (GusCRR) grant no. 2021-70034-35326 from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
