Event Volunteers

From large barnyard dances to farmers market scavenger hunts, we do many events every year, big and small, and are always looking for an extra set of hands to help us make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Event volunteers can get some pretty awesome perks – like complimentary meals, free event tickets, and other goodies!

Historic LaLonde Ranch Care & Maintenance Committee

Have a passion for history and a love of the outdoors? We are looking for volunteers to help us maintain the historic ranch property that our office, Tool Library barn, and demonstration plots occupy. We would love help taking care of this community landmark. LaLonde Ranch volunteers are a special group and receive an annual thank you dinner for their service! We are looking for hands-on help and/or an interest in fundraising for the upkeep and improvements of this special place.

Do you have a passion for Farm Connect Montana’s mission and have the time and talent to help lead our organization into the future? We’d love to hear from you and set up a visit to learn more about you and give you information about what it’s like to be a Farm Connect board member to see if it might be the right fit for you.

Beginning Farmer and Rancher Committee

Are you a local farmer who wants to be more involved in shaping many of the Farm Connect Montana support programs for farmers across the state? The BFR committee helps to ensure we meet the needs of Montana farmers with input on design, implementation, and innovation of current and new farmer and rancher programs.
